"Andrey is a specialist in monumental and easel sculpture, having mastered bronze techniques. Allegory is used in the execution of each image; they have philosophical significance and are distinguished by their multiple meanings"
In the history of Belarusian art, it is not unusual to see strong and successful creative partnerships among families, sometimes within the same artistic medium and other times across different disciplines. The current exhibition features just such a duo of gifted artists, each engaged in their individual creative pursuits while also collaborating on exhibitions, seamlessly integrating their works into a unified space, at times enhancing each other’s art and at others showcasing sharp contrasts.

Sculptor Andrei Vorobyov and painter Oksana Evdokimenko reside and create in Mogilev, achieving admiration and widespread acclaim for their artistry not only within their own country but also internationally. Each artist arrived at their craft in unique ways, developing their distinctive styles and life philosophies that, while remaining fundamentally unchanged, have since taken on new significance.

Andrey is a specialist in monumental and easel sculpture, having mastered bronze techniques. The most well-known of his enormous creations are the Hourglass in China and the well-known Lions on the Bridge in Mogilev. Allegorical aspects are present in every image that Andrey Vorobyov has produced. They have philosophical significance and are distinguished by their multiple meanings.
