5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the current legislation applicable to the place of maragallery.art's registration. Before going to court, Users must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the written claim to maragallery.art. Deadline for response to a claim is 30 working days.
5.3. If for some reasons one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the Privacy Policy's remaining provisions.
