Maria Bogdan: Fleeting Moments

Maria Bogdan, an extraordinarily gifted artist, was born in Minsk in 1998. She demonstrated artistic talent from a young age, and with the help of her grandmother, with whom she briefly resided in Smolevichi, she started her artistic career in an art studio with the help of Natalia Kaminskaya, a fantastic artist and educator. She instilled in the girl a love of painting, a sense of color, and a coloristic perspective on the world around her.

After that, Maria enrolled in Minsk State Art College, where she was primarily guided by artists Gennady Sukhomlinov, Natalia Razumenko, and Svetlana Donskaya. As a result, she graduated in 2016 with a degree in graphic design and priceless artistic creation skills.

In 2022, Maria earned her degree in "Architectural Design" from the Faculty of Architecture at the Belarusian State Polytechnic University. After receiving a thorough education and preparation in a variety of artistic techniques, the young artist started painting at the age of sixteen, favoring classical realism with hints of light, airy impressionism and vibrant, vivacious expressionism.

She works in a variety of painting genres and employs a variety of performance techniques, but most importantly, she demonstrates her unique style through a broad, sweeping, and highly temperamental pictorial brushstroke and the capacity to replicate solar effects that cast enchanting light on objects and people's faces.

Maria is an alert and compassionate person. She notices diverse life scenes with children and animals and uses them as subjects for her paintings. Her paintings capture the unique details that disclose the state of nature, the emotions of individuals, and the sincerely admirable gifts of nature, such as flowers and fruits. Her paintings really radiate light and infuse the room with uplifting, lively energy.

Maria, 27, already has a solid 10-year exhibition experience; she participates in painting plein airs and large-scale art exhibitions in Belarus, such as the annual "Autumn Salon" with "Belgazprombank", and has received numerous medals and certificates.

The current personal exhibition marks the 14th in her author's career.

Maria Bogdan's name is well-known among experts who forecast a bright future for her, as well as many fine art collectors who buy her paintings, follow her work, and celebrate her triumphs.
